last night the fire alarm went off. Came over at 2:30am.
Today worked on the rummage sale stuff and wrote the credit union resolution for the economic justice committee.
Called Julia Johson at home. She was in the hospital and didn't tell me. "I don't like visitors father. I always look terrible, and everyone gets uncomfortable."
Rotary today.
Continued to work on the newsletter. It will be out soon! I promise!!
The conservative Church Society in England calls for the Episcopal Church's exclusion.
Some Episcopalians are very upset.
The Rt. Rev. Catherine Roskam visited St. Barts on Sunday. It was an excellent turn out, and Jimmy Russell, who some claim to look like Jesus, was confirmed. Her grace, after the service, gave a bible study with five of us after she gave a presentation on General convention. We had a few visitors from another Episcopal Church in the area.
Last night we had a rummage sale meeting. Distributed tasks and started working on getting the word out. After, I went to a Shore Meeting which was, unfortunately, dull. It made me ambivalent about democracy.
Also had to get some forms in for the diocesan convention today.
